Barbara Mori

Barbara Mori Ochoa, a Maxican and Uruguayan model and actor. She had a prominent modeling career before becoming a television actor. Her birth date was 2 February 1978 at Montevideo , Uruguay. Her family is of mixed heritage, with the same Japanese and Uruguayan heritage. She has one brother and two sisters. Yuyi Mori is her mother as well as Rosario Ochoa is her father. The couple divorced when Barbara was just three years old. Barbara lived the majority of her childhood living in Mexico and Uruguay prior to settling down in Mexico City. Her modeling career started interestingly and unexpectedly. Barbara was working as a waitress as she was 14 years old. Marcos Toledo noticed her and offered her a job as an experienced model. Sergio Mayer, whom she first met at the age of nineteen was her husband. While they didn't get married however, they have a child. Barbara learnt acting in El Centro De Estudios De Formasion Actoral. Her acting debut was in the television show Al Norte Del Corazon. Then she appeared on the sitcom Tric Tac. Mirada De Woman was another appearance. Barbara has appeared in movies such as Viento en Contra Spanish Beauty Robots Pretendiendo and Inspiracion among others. Rakesh Rosehan of India acted her along with Hrithik as Kites. The film was shot between New Mexico and Los Angeles. Kites, the 2010 release, did not perform well in the box office.
